Timothy Johnson has been building websites and web applications since 1999. He spent most of his early career building websites, e-learning and games with Adobe (then Macromedia) Flash technology. He discovered Ruby on Rails in 2004 and began his foray into server-side development and database administration. Since then he has built custom applications for e-commerce, content management systems, and worked for startups building social networking applications and business-process automations. 

Joel West began drawing at the age of three, creating computer graphics when he was seven and building custom flash animation at fourteen. His strong background in fine art and illustration shines in his ability to create design that is pleasing, memorable and effective and for the past seven years, he has worked as an illustrator, designer, web developer, art director, and consultant. While he has handled work for many national corporations, his primary focus is to help local businesses grow through superior design and more efficient use of marketing resources, specifically those found online.

Kevin Hopkins is a Microsoft trained and certified systems engineer with a background in Microsoft Server, Microsoft SQL Server, Systems Administration, Cisco engineering and Linux.  He has previously worked as a field technician for multiple nationwide companies as well as local based companies including Virginia Department of Transportation, HP, Microsoft, Dell, Circuit City, Sony, Firedog, Comcast, DirectTV, Embarq, Halifax, and AT&T doing work for small business and residential as well as  corporate infrastructures and datacenters.  He came to Found looking for a career change and has been breaking into web development with open source technologies with a focus on Ruby, Rails, Javascript, mobile frameworks, and PHP.  This broad range of technical experience gives Kevin a strong technological footing to be able to problem solve clients' needs from nearly any standpoint. He is responsible for database design and administrative tasks, server architecture and deployment, as well as server-side programming for our custom application projects.. Lately he has been diving deep into an open-source e-commerce platform Magento which Found has used to deploy custom web stores on a large scale.
