Close the sliding door and vacuum the other side of the track. Scrub the entire track with a rag and the cleaning solution. Use an old toothbrush to scrub in the crevices and hard to reach areas. Clean both sides of the track with the cleaning solution. Wipe down the track with a dry rag to remove any residue. Spray the entire track with a generous coating of household lubricating spray. Wipe the track with a clean, dry rag to spread out the lubricant.
